Thriving Thursday: Why I Love My Husband

In my meanderings on the blogsphere I recently stumbled upon The Happy Wives Club and the Daily Blog published there. On the blog Fawn has started a really cool link-up! This link up is Why I Love My Husband. I LOVE lists...and gratitude lists are even better! I'd much rather focus on positive qualities about my husband than anything negative, and our relationship is thriving. So this is perfect for today's theme. Here goes...

 

1. He loves God. There's so many things about his belief system and his relationship with God that I love...but that really just sums it up!

2. He works with his hands, building beautiful things! And he made me this for Valentine's Day... 

I came home from work to find that hanging on our bedroom wall...how sweet is that? 

3. He supportive of the changes I've been making in my life to be more healthy. He's not jumping on board with all of them, and doesn't necessarily need to, but he doesn't try to discourage me from it, and he even gives me gentle reminders when I start to fall of track. 

4. He grounds me. When I get overwhelmed with all the little tasks of life and start to freak out (just a little you know. ha) he reminds me that God is in control, and to just take one thing at a time.

5. He's really good looking! 

That's just a few to start off with for now, but I might have to make a habit of this :)
